Responsibilities: Reporting to the Underground Operations Supervisor, the Experienced Underground Miner is responsible for the following:Safely and effectively operator mining equipmentBe expected to work in a safe and efficient mannerTrain employees to operate underground equipmentPerform other duties as assignedThe ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.Qualifications:Previous underground equipment operating experience preferredExcellent safety, attendance and work records requiredAbility to communicate with all Mine Operations personnel requiredAbility to work with minimal supervision requiredThe ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.Qualified candidates who meet the required experience and technical criteria may be eligible for relocation assistance (for out-of-area hires) and/or a sign-on bonus upon joining Nevada Gold Mines.
