This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to details, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast environment. Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities to meet quality and safety standards.Lead and motivate production staff to achieve operational goals while maintaining a positive work environment. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and sanitation procedures.Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials as needed.Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and other relevant data.Collaborate with management to improve processes and implement best practices for food manufacturing.Train new team members on safety protocols, equipment operation and company procedures.
