Compensation: $230,000–$280,000 Base Salary + Generous Productivity Bonus

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, or an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance. • Busy outpatient-only Family Medicine practice

• Focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management
• Monday–Friday
• Physician Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• One-hour lunch
• No hospital work
• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Manage chronic diseases
• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
• Educate patients on preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists through our referral coordinator
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Lock and finish the chart within 48 hours of the patient's visit.
Required:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician
• Active Texas Medical License (or eligible)
• DEA Registration
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
