\n \nWe’re hiring a creative, organized Content Marketing & Social Media Manager to turn our existing blog content into engaging social media posts, short-form videos, graphics, and other marketing materials.
\n \nOur team handles writing and publishing the blogs. Your job is to take that content and get it in front of as many relevant people as possible.
\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\n \nContent Creation & Repurposing
\n \n- Turn existing blog posts into engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
\n- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
\n- Design carousels, infographics, and social media graphics based on blog content.
\n- Create Instagram and Facebook Stories.
\n- Repurpose blogs into engaging email newsletters.
\n- Write platform-specific captions, headlines, and calls to action.
\n \nContent Distribution
\n \n- Schedule and publish content across our social media channels.
\n- Maintain a consistent content calendar.
\n- Share relevant content through our Google Business Profile.
\n- Identify opportunities to share helpful content in relevant Facebook groups and online communities.
\n- Track content performance and look for ways to increase reach, engagement, and website traffic.
\n \nAI & Content Tools
\n \n- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to efficiently repurpose existing content.
\n- Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to create graphics and edit videos.
\n- Build repeatable workflows that make content creation and distribution faster.
\n- Explore automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
\n \nWhat We’re Looking For
\n \n- Experience creating social media content.
\n- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
\n- Strong writing and communication skills.
\n- Experience with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
\n- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple platforms.
\n- Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
\n- Ability to turn one piece of content into multiple engaging formats.
\n \nBonus Qualifications
\n \n- Experience marketing SaaS or software products.
\n- Familiarity with contractors or home service businesses.
\n- Experience with email marketing and social media scheduling tools.
\n \nWhat Success Looks Like
\n \nEvery time our team publishes a new blog, you turn it into a complete content campaign that includes social posts, short-form videos, graphics, carousels, and email content.
\n \nYou’ll be responsible for making sure our existing content gets maximum exposure across our marketing channels.
