Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems. As an HVAC Installer, you will utilize your mechanical expertise and technical skills to deliver high-quality service that keeps our clients comfortable and satisfied. Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems, following schematics and HVAC design plans.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics and equipment issues using tools such as ohmmeters and hand tools.
• Diagnose system malfunctions related to refrigeration, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical components; execute effective repairs promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to facilitate accurate installations and repairs.
• Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards such as EPA regulations for refrigerants.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functions and maintenance procedures clearly to clients.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.
• Operate company vehicles safely as a van driver while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in mechanical systems repair and installation.
• Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, building automation systems, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration, plumbing, and boiler systems.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools for equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with electrical systems diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters or multimeters.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
• Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC/R are advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience working with ammonia refrigeration or other specialized refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Mechanical or mechanic experience that demonstrates problem-solving skills in field service environments.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards.

Must have 5 years of Commercial Duct Installation Experience.
